DESIGN SUPPORT

When you provide us with a part design, our first step is to analyze the form, fit, and function of the part.

We work directly with you to understand the part’s functional and performance requirements and translate this into a casting design that will yield the best outcomes (i.e., design for manufacturability, or DFM).

PROCESS SIMULATION

We use simulation tools to develop and test virtual processes for manufacturing the part.

Designing a manufacturing plan in a simulated environment allows us to mitigate potential manufacturing challenges before we begin developing tooling or castings on the plant floor, saving you both time and money.

PRODUCT REALIZATION

We bring the part to life by implementing and adjusting the manufacturing plan on the plant floor to ensure we end up with a robust and repeatable manufacturing process.

We carry out thorough validation testing and provide you with sample parts in this final stage before moving ahead with production.
